Registered office, transfer point and cultivation location: what do they mean?

The registered office provides the legal location

The registered office is the association's legal location specified by its statutes and register entry. It matters for registration, jurisdiction and formal communication. It does not automatically mean that members or the public are received there.

AVK Club's legal registered office is in Ludwigsfelde. It serves legal and administrative purposes and has no member or public access. The website retains this information for legal transparency.

Transfer point describes an operational function

Here, transfer point is an organisational description for the area where statutory personal transfer to members takes place. It is not a public retail outlet or a separate business form under the KCanG.

Age and membership must be checked at every transfer, and both the transferring and receiving member must be present in person. AVK Club's operating member location is on Goerzallee in Berlin-Zehlendorf.

The cultivation location forms part of permitted operations

Cultivation location or cultivation areas mean the spaces intended for collective cultivation. Their location and size form part of the permit application, and specific security, access and protection requirements apply.

The registered office, transfer point and cultivation area are therefore not automatically synonymous. They may coincide or describe separate functional areas within the structure recorded by the authority. The specific permit and information coordinated with the competent authority remain decisive.

Transparency without security risks

A factual website should clearly state the legal registered office and the location relevant to contact or members. Security-sensitive details about cultivation, storage, access systems or transport need not be publicly explained.

Naming Goerzallee as the transfer point and operating member location therefore does not in itself identify a cultivation location. AVK Club publishes spatial details only where needed for member information, legal transparency and verified status statements.
