Clear access restrictions
Minors may not enter a cultivation association's enclosed property. Cannabis may be transferred personally to members only, making age and membership checks essential. AVK Club also applies an internal minimum admission age of 21.
External presentation is restricted as well. The KCanG prohibits advertising signs and conspicuous design at the location while allowing a factual name sign. Consumption is prohibited on the enclosed property and within sight of it.
Prevention requires clear responsibility
The board appoints a prevention officer from among the members. This person answers prevention questions, provides documented expertise and contributes to the health and youth protection concept and its implementation.
A robust concept connects responsibility with practical procedures: controlled access, factual risk information, counselling contacts and a process for responding to signs of risky consumption.
- no access for anyone under 18
- neutral, non-promotional presentation
- evidence-based information on risks and risk reduction
- access to local counselling and support
Information at transfer
The law requires neutral packaging and specific information such as weight, harvest date, best-before date, variety and average THC and CBD levels. Evidence-based information on use and risks must also be available.
Key topics include heightened health risks for young adults under 25, pregnancy and breastfeeding, interactions and combined use, and impaired ability to drive or operate machinery.
Factual communication, not consumption incentives
Information can support prevention when it is precise, accessible and free of effect claims. AVK Club therefore separates organisational information, measured laboratory values and general risk information.
The website answers existing questions while avoiding statements that trivialise cannabis, promise effects or encourage consumption.
