An association with a legally limited purpose
Cultivation associations are registered, non-commercial associations or registered cooperatives. Their statutory purpose is collective, non-commercial cultivation and controlled transfer to members for personal consumption, together with prevention and counselling information.
There is no public retail sale. Admission, access, participation and transfer are governed by law, the statutes and valid internal rules.
Membership includes active participation
The KCanG requires members to participate actively in collective cultivation. This includes hands-on cultivation or directly related tasks. The allocation of duties must reflect the association's organisation, qualifications and safeguards.
AVK Club explains its published admission conditions and participation framework before an application. The current German statutes, contribution rules and internal procedures remain authoritative; a contribution is not a retail purchase price.
- Applicants review requirements and association documents before admission.
- Cultivation- and transfer-related activities are subject to specific legal limits.
- Transfer is personal to members and remains within the statutory framework.
Board, documentation and supervision
The authorised representatives are responsible for organisation and compliance. Relevant areas include security, quality assurance, youth protection, prevention and continuous documentation. The competent authority may inspect compliance.
Public transparency does not require disclosing sensitive operational or personal data. Useful public information includes the legal name, registered office, member location, admission conditions, member hours and a document-based permit status.
